How can I download my receipt?

You can download your receipt directly in your account..   

1. Once logged in, click on Orders.

2. From there click on "View."

3. Now you can print or download the receipt.  

If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024,  you can download your receipt directly in your dashboard.   

1. Once logged in, click on Orders.

2. From there click on "View Order Details."

3. Now click on "Download receipt." On a desktop, you'll see this button in in the upper right hand corner and on mobile you'll need to scroll down to Order Summary.
