Please note we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased at a separate retailer like Walmart or Target.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been opened and/or used. These are products used for sex, after all!
If you would like to apply for a refund or exchange due to the product arriving incorrectly and/or damaged, please notify us within 14 business days via our Replacement or Return Request form. If possible, include a photo.
Cake Meds has a different return policy. Since these are prescribed compounded medication, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any unused medication. All sales are final.
