My tracking says it was delivered, but I don't have it! What do I do?

When a tracking  number shows delivered and you haven't received the two most common cases we've come across are:

1) A roommate or neighbor received the package.

2) USPS prematurely marking the shipment as delivered. USPS delivery vehicles sometimes use GPS to update tracking and this can cause a premature “Delivered” to show up in your tracking page. In most cases, the shipment ends up being delivered either the next day or the following.
