Can points be retroactively applied for past purchases?

 While we discontinued our loyalty program on May 31, 2024, we will still honor the redemption of past points. We are unable to retroactively add points for purchases made prior to this date.

Points earned cannot be redeemed retroactively to past orders.  Points can only be redeemed on future purchases.
