What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects and material issues under normal use within one year of your purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Lost or stolen items.
Our Replacement Policy
- You’re eligible for one free replacement per original purchase during the warranty period.
- Need another replacement for the same item? We’ve still got your back — additional replacements will be available at a 15% discount.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- If your device becomes defective within that time frame, please reach out to us via hello@hellocake.com or you can also submit your request via our Replacement or Return Request form.
- If you purchased the device from one of our authorized retailers, please include proof of purchase and/or photo of the item.
We reserve the right to decline a warranty claim if the required information is not provided.
