Your billing information can be updated in the Account section of your dashboard.
1. Once logged in, click on Account.
2. Click Add Payment Method in the Payment Methods section.
You will be able to update everything from there.
Please note any changes made to your shipping or billing will only affect future orders.
If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system. If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024, you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/
If you have already been charged for your order and would like to make any changes, please contact us.
