How do I reset my password?

If you don't remember your password, click on the "Reset Password" button.  

If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system.  If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024,  you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/
If you need to reset you Cake Meds password and you are in our old system, you can do so using the link.

If you do not see this email in your inbox, please make sure to check your SPAM folder or Promotional tab for Gmail users and add meds@hellocake.com to your safe list to ensure you receive our emails. If the email did land in your Spam folder, you will need to move the email to your inbox.
