How do I change the frequency of my current subscription?

We currently offer monthly and 3-month renewal frequencies.  You'll receive all medication for that duration at once. These cannot be spaced out.

To change the frequency of your subscription would require selecting a new prescription and canceling your current one.  You can do all of this in your account!

If you subscribed before November 1, 2024, you will need to follow the below steps:
1. You will need to cancel your current subscription.  You can do this by managing your subscription here. If you have any issues, please let me know and I can cancel it for you.
2. You will need to complete a new intake form here. You will be able to select the new strength.

If you subscribed after November 1, 2024, you will need to follow the below steps:
1. You will need to cancel your current subscription.  You can do this by managing your subscription here. If you have any issues, please let me know and I can cancel it for you.
