You can actually move your renewal to today directly in your account.
1) In your dashboard, click on Subscriptions.
2) Locate the prescription you'd like to renew and click "Manage."
3) Click on "Change your next renewal date."
4) Select "Get it now." From here you'll be able to confirm you want to be charged today and your order will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days.
If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system. Please email our support team at meds@hellocake.com and our team can cancel your subscription in the old system so you can start a new one in our new system.
If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024, you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/
