How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel or delay your renewal date by 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks directly in your account.

1) Login to your account and head to the Subscriptions section.

2) Click Manage and there you will see option to Cancel your subscription and Change your refill date.

Please note any changes made only affects future renewals.  If you have already been charged and you would like to cancel your current order, please reach out to us immediately using our "Edit An Order" form or at hello@hellocake.com to see if we can stop the shipment in time.
