How do I change my password?

You'll want to make sure you are using the link here.

If you don't remember your password, click on the "Reset Password" button.  You will be sent a link to reset your password.

If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system.  If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024,  you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/

If you're looking for a refill or to start a new prescription, you should use our new system. You can start a new subscription here.  Make sure to cancel any current prescriptions in the old system before doing so to avoid double-subscriptions.
