You can restart your prescription in the Subscription section of your account. From here you'll have the ability to either Restock (one-time purchase) or Restart your subscription (automatic renewals based on your plan).
If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system. Please email our support team at meds@hellocake.com and our team can cancel your subscription in the old system so you can start a new one in our new system.
If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024, you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/
