How can I cancel my Cake Meds subscription?

You can cancel or delay your renewal date by 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks directly in your account.

1) Login to your account and head to the Subscriptions section.

2) Click Manage and there you will see option to Cancel your subscription and Change your refill date.

If you're not able to sign in, you might be located in our old system. Please email our support team at meds@hellocake.com and our team can cancel your subscription in the old system so you can start a new one in our new system. 

If you started your prescription before 11/01/2024,  you'll want to make sure you are using the below link to sign in: https://app.hellocake.com/user/.
